The Studio at Ara Roa
The Studio is located on the second level behind your host’s own residence. The 70 sqm meter space is mainly an open plan with high ceilings. French doors open onto an elevated deck area with views of the countryside and a peek of the Pacific Ocean coastline. Fully furnished with quality linens. There is a King bed and in a separate alcove, there is a single bed. The open-plan living space provides comfortable sofas and a dining area.
There is a Smart TV, Bluetooth quality sound system, and a fully functioning kitchen with fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, hobs, benchtop oven, and a microwave. There is a separate bathroom with a large shower, towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided.
This architecturally designed Studio has a lovely ambiance, it is modern and fresh and even though it is adjacent to your host’s residence it still supplies a degree of privacy. This is a separate building with its own private entrance. The Studio would suit small families or a couple.
Katherine’s review: “What a great place to stay if you want to relax, enjoy nature, do some hiking and beaches. The studio is close to all of it on Whangarei Heads. We enjoyed sitting on our private deck morning and evening watching the songbirds flit about! And seeing wild turkeys, quail, and pheasants every day was a bonus. Fabulous hosts and just a super place to stay!”
