This architecturally designed three-bedroom Villa has the main super king suite and ensuite on the eastern wing and two super king bedrooms to the west. Perfectly orientated for afternoons relaxing on the deck, enjoying the stunning water views across the bay.
With an open-plan living area, the house presents an excellent indoor-outdoor flow to the main deck where you’ll find a comfortable outdoor sofa. This is a great option for an extended family getaway. Play in the pool, challenge each other to a game of petanque or perhaps explore the local area. There are endless ways to keep active here.
Nook Bay is an architectural, North facing delight that stretches an impressive 32.5m in length. Every inch of the living and bedroom spaces soaks in the mesmerising 200-degree harbour view. You can watch the ever-changing seascape as the yachts move through the bay below. The 10 meter in ground swimming pool is complete with sun loungers and large umbrella. It is the perfect hang out for all, capturing the full sun from dawn to dusk.
We have a 12 m 2.5 ton swing mooring below the house which is available with this property. Whangarei Harbour offers great fishing and exploring by boat. You can easily launch off the Parua Bay boat ramp on your way here.

Our stay at Nook Bay was exceptional.
The house strikes the perfect balance of comfort and style, with a well-designed layout and luxuriously comfortable furniture and bedding. The beautiful views and peaceful surroundings made it the ideal spot for us to sit back, relax, and watch the boats move through the bay. The weather was a bit cold for swimming, but the pool looked beautiful and would be a prime spot to spend long summer days.The location was convenient, with Paura Bay village just a 7-minute drive away. We especially enjoyed exploring some of the local walks.
The area reminded us of our childhood summer holiday haunts (before they became developed, crowded and more like a suburb than a beachside getaway)… just with a much nicer house this time! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.”
