Clean simple lines hide the complexity of the structure itself. Cantilevered “wings” create a floating feeling are a unique feature and enhance the magical views to the ocean and natural bush.
With a combination of steel beams, concrete block, natural timber, this home is built to last. Hebel
flooring and architectural aluminium joinery all combining to mould together an amazing warm, quiet home with the ambiance of a luxury lodge.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms 3 ensuites, two living areas and a kitchen to die for. The Yoga room can be utilised as a fourth bedroom. Triple car garaging plus the latest solar technology and natural venting keeps the home warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. There are roll down sun filters on all windows.
The home is nestled in amongst 100 year old trees.
The location maximizes the coastal views while enjoying the sound of the crashing waves below.
With an open-plan living area, Hauora presents an excellent indoor-outdoor flow to the main hardwood deck where you’ll find comfortable Coast Bean Chairs and two sun loungers. This is a great option for an extended family getaway.

Moureeses Bay is one of Northland’s best-kept secrets. You can watch its ever-changing seascape with sunrise and sunset light shows, endless sea views, and at times, a stunning surf break. Whananaki is only a few minutes away, the inlet provides boat access and great fishing with the option to launch off the boat ramp.
The popular Whananaki Store is open all year and has become quite the gathering place with live music and great food.
